Tradeshow Rental Program Agreement

By participating in the Kohler Home Energy Tradeshow Rental Program, the borrower agrees to the following terms:

1. Return Window: All rented items must be returned within seven (7) days of the agreed-upon return date.
   
2. Late Returns: Failure to return items within the 7-day window will result in a $50 per day late fee, per item. Late fees will continue to accrue until the item(s) are returned or the full retail replacement value is reached-at which point the item(s) will be considered purchased and return is no longer required.
   
3. Damage or Loss: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, aside from reasonable wear and tear. Borrowers will not be held responsible for damage clearly caused during shipping (as determined by Kohler Home Energy). However, significant damage, loss, or misuse that renders the item unusable or requires replacement will result in a charge for the full retail replacement cost of the affected item(s).
   
4. Responsibility: It is the borrower's responsibility to properly care for and return all materials. We strongly recommend using the original packaging for return shipping to minimize damage.

By requesting and accepting items through this program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Trade Show Rental Program Instructions

1. Choose Your Delivery Date

• Select a delivery date 1–2 days before your event (this will be your rental start date).
• We’ll ship your items so they arrive on or before the date you select.

2. Rental Period

• The maximum rental period is 5 days (this is automatically calculated when you choose your delivery date).
• Need it for less than 5 days? No problem—just ship it back sooner!

3. Return Shipping

• Use the provided return label to send your items back promptly.
• To avoid late fees, your items must be shipped back no later than the end of your rental period.

Tip: A good rule of thumb is to set your delivery date at least 1 day before your event to give yourself time for setup and peace of mind. There are 2 of these kits in stock to be rented.
