Merch Recycling Program
Trade in old or outdated Kohler-branded apparel and refresh your wardrobe with the latest Rehlko items. This program helps us stay aligned with our updated brand identity while responsibly recycling legacy apparel.
How It Works
1. Check what’s eligible
You can submit:
- Up to 10 apparel items per person
- Any garment with outdated or retired branding, including: Kohler, KIPS, Kohler Energy, Kohler Power Reserve, etc.
- Damaged or heavily worn clothing is accepted
- Apparel only (no accessories, hats, bags, or drinkware)
2. Submit a form for each garment
You must complete one online form per item so brandor can correctly process your credit.
You’ll enter your name, email, and details about the garment. Your KO number is
not needed.
3. Pack and ship your items
- You pay the shipping cost.
- You can ship:
All your own items together in one box. brandor will match your shipment using the name on the label with the form you submitted online.
A combined team box, if multiple associates participate. Include names inside so credits can be assigned correctly.

4. brandor verifies your items
Once received:
- Brandor confirms item count and validates the garment types and values.
5. Receive your credit
Processing time: 24–48 hours after your package arrives.
You’ll receive your credit by email as discount codes to use at rehlkomerch.com.
Credit Amounts
Name brands (Eddie Bauer, Nike, Patagonia, etc.) $20 per item
Non-name brands (Gildan, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, etc.) $10 per item
FAQ
Do I need a KO number?
No. KO numbers are not required.
Do I need to ship my items myself?
Yes. Associates pay for their own shipping.
Can we send a team box?
Yes. One package can include items from multiple associates. Just include one printed form per garment. brandor matches your shipment using the name on the label. Include names inside only if you're shipping a combined box.
Are there drop-off bins?
No. Permanent bins are not available.
However, pop-up stores may occasionally offer on-site recycling during specific events.
What if my apparel is ripped, faded, or stained?
It still qualifies. Damaged or heavily worn items are accepted.
Are non-apparel items eligible?
No. Only apparel items are eligible for credit.
How long does it take to receive my credit?
You’ll receive your discount codes within 24–48 hours after brandor receives your shipment.
